Friday 25th September - walk **** – Felixstowe town and Levington with
Maeva – sunny.
Walk 1 – Felixstowe town centre.
As we were having Maeva late as her mum and dad were going to a concert in
Ipswich so Mag picked her up a little later today which gave me time to do
my exercises and back a picnic before she arrived in a Hallowen outfit and
wellies:) We baked banana cake and biscuits before walking to Felixstowe
town cetre to buy Maeva some slippers to keep at our house before she
packed a large bag of toys to take on todays picnic in the van!
Walk 2 – Levington Marina.
Maeva had now changed into a frilly pink hallowen tutu which looked great
with wellies and we arrived at the marina around two and after taking a few
pics we parked at the left end of the marina for a top lunch, then Maeva
sent ages doing puzzles before we went on a walk round to Loompit lake
which sadly was pretty low and covered in weed but there were loads of
swans and geese! We made it to the lovely beach at Trimley foreshore and
had fun making footprints in the sand and the wellies came into their own!
On the walk back we were treated to a large flyover by loads of geese.
Maeva fell asleep on the drive home but woke carrying her indoors, we had
some quiet time watching The Snail and the whale and Zog followed by some
Earth Wind and Fire with Maeva enjoying pizza for tea!
